Orders are processed and shipped via USPS from our Portland, Oregon studio within 1 - 3 days after order has been placed. Although we do our very best to ensure our items arrive safely, please note that once Wild Poppy Goods has delivered the item to mail carrier, you assume responsibility of loss or damage of the merchandise. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once item has been shipped.

If you prefer to shop online and pick up in store, use code LOCAL to deduct shipping fees and pick up your order anytime during our shop hours! We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Please email us at email@example.com to get a shipping quote before purchase. We only ship directly internationally and will not involve with third party carriers.
While we are able to ship some items, larger and more fragile items cannot be shipped internationally at this time.
Please aware that all international sales are final. We are not responsible for import fees, taxes, or any other custom fees.
Local Pick Up
Free local pickup available for Portland, Oregon locals! Just enter LOCAL at checkout. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a notification to pick up your order.
We want you to be happy with your order and we will gladly issue you store credit within 7 business days of delivery. The item must be pre-approved and returned in unused condition with packaging. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in advance to request a return, once you have done that we will provide you with a return label for easy shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
If you purchased your item with a free shipping promotion, please note we cannot supply you with a pre-paid label for returns. If you are returning merchandise, you must pay for return postage.
Please do not mail any items before contacting us for a return.
Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, we are unable to accept returns and all vintage items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
For environmental purposes, we no longer print paper receipt for shipments. If you have a return or exchange and have lost your email confirmation, please contact us and we will gladly look it up!
