HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
You will receive an email with a confirmation email after payment is accepted and a tracking number once item has been dispatched.

Yes, we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Credit card transactions are made on a third party website, Stripe, a reputable credit card processing company. Customer information is only stored on our secure database and not used for anything other than authorised promotions or internal reference.
HOW DO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WORK?
While we hope you love your new Wild Poppy Goods order, we are happy to chat about any issues concerning your satisfaction. If you are at all unhappy with an item, please get in touch via email to discuss a resolution together. Please note we only do refunds in form of store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges for any vintage/apothecary/sale items. All returns must be approved and are in store credit only.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has left us you will receive an automated email with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it ships out. Please keep in mind we are a small company and appreciate your patience as we carefully package each order. All orders are shipped either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped we will notify you with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

We have many one-of-a-kind pieces, whether they be vintage or new, that cannot be restocked. If an item is one-of-a-kind or vintage, it will state so in the description. If you have any questions about an item, don't hesitate to shoot us an email!
