Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped via USPS from our Portland, Oregon studio within 1 - 3 days after order has been placed. Although we do our very best to ensure our items arrive safely, please note that once Wild Poppy Goods has delivered the item to mail carrier, you assume responsibility of loss or damage of the merchandise. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once item has been shipped.

International customers, please email us at hello@wildpoppygoods.com to get a shipping quote before purchase.

Gift Wrap 

Gift wrap is available for purchase. Wrapping varies to suit which item is chosen, but will include a gift box, reusable cotton bag, a stick of Palo Santo, dark navy tissue, and fabric. Included is a custom blank notecard which features watercolor design on a thick card stock. 

 

 

 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order and we will gladly issue you store credit within 10 business days of delivery. The item must be pre-approved and returned in unused condition with packaging.  Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please send an email to hello@wildpoppygoods.com in advance to request a return, once you have done that we will provide you with a return label for easy shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please do not mail any items before contacting us for a return. 

Due to the delicate nature of vintage (including clothing, homewares, etc.) items, we are unable to accept returns and all vintage items are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

For environmental purposes, we no longer print paper receipt for shipments. If you have a return or exchange and have lost your email confirmation, please contact us and we will gladly look it up!
